We know that confidence-gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Studies have also shown that women and people of color may be less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every one of the qualifications listed. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification — we’d love to hear from you.
