On Tuesday evenings, a group of us meets at 7:00 pm to check in with each other and talk about… well, everything. Before the gathering each week, we’ll share a short resource as a conversation starter. We might talk about current events, or theology, or the Bible, or whatever’s on our minds.
For the next several weeks, our topic of conversation will be the book What is the Bible? by Rob Bell.
Each week, we’ll look at a short section of the book – the readings will be posted here and will be included in the weekly reminder. (Want to get that email? Let us know.) Don’t be daunted by the length of the readings; the chapters are short and it’s a quick read. But even if you don’t get through it all, come anyway. This will still be a come-when-you can group, so if you miss a week or two, it’ll be easy to jump back in.
You will need a copy of the book. We have a few hard copies at the church, so let us know if you’d like one, or you can get your own if you’d like it in another format.
Locations for the conversations will vary each week, so check here often and watch your email for updates.
